This wine's shy nose reveals only lemony hints of chalk. Touches of Mirabelle appear on the palate alongside more notions of chalk and lemon, presented against a textured backdrop on a taut body. The finish is dry, subtle and enticing. - AK, Wine Enthusiast

This bright and clean sparkler has a good cut of acid while being juicy and round on the finish. A blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Aligoté from vines aged 20 to 50 years grown in the Côte de Beaune and Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Grapes are pressed whole cluster with fermentation in stainless steel tank. The wine spends about 36 months on lees and is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Based on the 2017 vintage.
