A youthful ruby/magenta wine from 32-year-old vines, the 2022 Pinot Noir Corrine Vineyard Wadensvil Block offers aromas of dark stones, wild herbs, and brambly black raspberries. It has a good deal of intensity on the palate, with a medium frame, great energy, and a fantastic crystalline feel. It’s a stunning wine. Unfortunately, the vineyard has phylloxera and has to be replanted, but boy, this is one to get a hold of while it’s here. A next-level red from Patricia Green, I want to snatch up a bunch of this.
