"This vineyard is located on the hillside of the Main, on a highly stony soil.  The vines are 25 years old on average.  The excellent 2015 vintage benefited from sunny conditions.  Subtle aromas of lime, white flower, citrus, ripe pear, wet stone and fresh herbs. The palate is dense with white fruits, lemon and stone with hints of anise backed by firm citrus acids and mineral flavors.  It is refreshing and delicious. Perfect with oysters of course and great with any mild-flavored fish and roast chicken." -Winery
