The 2015 Extra-Brut Spécial Club Cramant Grand Cru is the most potent and vinous of the three 2015 Spécial Clubs I tasted from Gimonnet. Resonant and expansive in the glass, the Cramant exudes textural richness. Apricot, pear, chamomile, dried flowers, mint and lemon confit fill out the layers. This is beautifully done.
