A very pale rosé champagne with delicate strawberry and raspberry aromas, but this is as much about the elegance of chardonnay as anything else. Long, filigree finish that’s all berry flavors and hard to resist! A cuvée of 94% chardonnay from Cramant, Chouilly, Oger, Cuis and Vertus with 6% pinot noir from Bouzy. Disgorged in October, 2021 and with very low dosage for this category. Drink now. - James Suckling
The NV Brut Rose de Blancs is a super-classic Gimonnet wine bristling with energy. The current release is based on 2018 and is predominantly Chardonnay (from Luis and Versus) with a splash (5%) of Pinot from Cumieres. Crushed red berries, flowers, chalk and white pepper lend brilliance to this taut, chiseled Rose. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: December, 2020. - Antonio Galloni, Vinous Media
Fresh and focused, this balanced rosé Champagne offers crisp texture and flavors of nectarine and white cherry fruit, blanched almond and delicate hints of white blossoms and fresh herbs. Minerally, salt-tinged finish. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Disgorged November 2021. Drink now. 1,750 cases imported. - Alison Napjus, Wine Spectator
This pale-colored rosé is made from Chardonnay with the addition of Pinot Noir still wine to give the color. It is fresh and crisp, offering a lively mousse with attractive flavors of raspberry and fresh red currants. With its refreshing acidity, it is ready to drink. - Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast
