Based on the 2019 vintage and disgorged this year with four grams per liter dosage, Péters's NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Grande Réserve wafts from the glass with aromas of peaches, pastry cream, dried fruits, citrus oil and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and vinous, it's racy and concentrated, with a chiseled profile and a long, saline finish.
