Complex, with all its elements in harmony, this white is expressive. Offers aromas and flavors of oyster shell, lime blossoms, citronella, peach and toasty oak that ply the creamy texture, while vibrant acidity keeps everything flowing smoothly. Shows terrific length. Drink now through 2029. -Bruce Sanderson, Wine Spectator
Tasting note: Extremely pretty aromas include those of white flowers and white fleshed fruit that is trimmed in both discreet spice and wood nuances. The wood influence is more prominent on the rich and full-bodied flavors that are blessed with ample amounts of dry extract before culminating in a relatively powerful, sappy and balanced finale. This is a classic Morgeot that could easily be enjoyed young or with up to a decade of keeping, which is what I would suggest as it's presently just a bit woody for my taste. Outstanding. --Allen Meadows, Burghound
