A lot of power and substance here, imbued with spices, pomelo skin, dried apricot, pineapple, ginger, saffron and wax. This shows almost salted caramel on the palate, with bright acidity chiseled to the waxy texture. Intense, rich and extremely long. Drink or hold.—James Suckling

Slightly closed on the nose at the moment – some notes of acacia, poached peaches and apricots. Quite a compact style, with searing acidity. Lithe and mineral, with an almost dry perception on the finish thanks to so much acid. (TP)—Jancis Robinson
