Looking at the 2021 Côtes Du Rhône Le Poste Blanc, it's a deep, more concentrated, focused wine than the Hominis Fides Blanc and has thrilling notes of fresh pineapple, white flowers, crushed stone, and minty herbs. More refined and subtle than the Hominis Fides Blanc, the 2021 Cotes du Rhone Le Poste is also 100% Clairette, but it's from older vines in a nearby vineyard.
