The 2020 Rosé of Pinot Noir Methode Ancestrale is just as charming as the 2021 version, with a pale onion-skin color and scents of tangerine, cantaloupe and tarragon on the nose. Nearly dry (just one gram per liter of residual sugar), this pét-nat offers expressive, plush citrus fruits in lieu of sugar, soft mousse and a long, flavorful finish.
