(aged for 40 months on its lees and disgorged in February, 2013): Bright onion skin color. Musky aromas of dried red berries, orange pith, anise and jasmine. Shows very good energy and spicy lift to its bitter redcurrant and blood orange flavors, picking up a mineral element with aeration.
