Mingling aromas of peonies and plums with hints of wintergreen and bergamot, Bize's 2019 Savigny-lès-Beaune Village is medium to full-bodied, lively and perfumed, with an ample core of bright, succulent fruit framed by powdery tannins, concluding with a long, saline finish.
