The barrel-fermented 2021 Sauvignon Blanc Redford-Wetle Vineyard is singular and exotic. The nose is bursting with grilled peaches, tarragon, beeswax, white pepper and candle smoke aromas, and the medium-bodied palate features concentrated, perfumed fruit, juicy acidity and a textural grip that draws out the long finish.
