Tasting note: Lightly smoky aromas display additional notes of pear, apple, essence of white peach, citrus confit and elegant floral scents. The palate feel of the almost painfully intense middle weight flavors are a mix of precision and richness while exuding a pungent minerality on the lemony bone-dry and hugely long finale.
