Varner Spring Ridge Vineyard Three Blocks Pinot Noir 2013 (750ML)
Critic Scores, Reviews & Descriptions
95 Points Antonio Galloni: The 2013 Pinot Noir Three Blocks is closest in style to the Upper Picnic. In fact, it is stylistically not that different, it just has more of everything. A rich, phenolic wine, the 2013 offers notable depth, with silky, creamy tannins that wrap around a core of dark red cherry and plum fruit. Today, the 2013 offers notable finesse as well as potential. The Three Blocks is essentially the Pinot that would have been sold under the Neely label, but this last wine is being sold under the Varner label now that the two families have stopped working together. July, 2016.
