Join Grand Vin Wine Merchants and Lenny Young from Waterstreet Café in 2018 for some very special pairings of food and wine, each highlighting a different extra virgin olive oil. On four Saturdays next year we welcome you for a one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience. The tasting makes a perfect stocking stuffer for your favorite foodie, or perhaps for your own private party? 
 
We are excited to take our relationship with Waterstreet to the next level with these new tastings accentuated by Lenny’s expertise in olive oil, and we look forward to sharing our new adventure with you!

About Lenny Young

Lenny Young serves as Director of Wine Operations with Waterstreet Café + Bar. Under Lenny's guidance, Waterstreet has received Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence for the past 12 years running, "for having one of the most outstanding restaurant wine lists in the world." Lenny recently completed his Olive Oil Sommelier Certification through The International Culinary Center and The Olive Oil Times Education Lab. He has added an extra virgin olive oil menu to Waterstreet's portfolio, and is working with Waterstreet's kitchen to renovate the restaurant's use of olive oil in its cuisine. The extra virgin olive oil tastings that we are scheduling are the most recent expression of the "old friends" working relationship between Waterstreet and Grand Vin that traces back more than 20 years to Jeff Taylor's former restaurant Louisa.
