With pomelos, lemon, herbs, spring flowers and slightly flinty aromas, the Clos Windsbuhl Riesling 2019 offers perfect maturity of the grapes. On the palate, the wine is a little austere with a significant limestone presence and perfectly managed acidity. Its purity and depth are simply awesome. The texture is pure and delicate, with a racy yet airy and saline finish. Don’t even think about touching bottles for at least 7-8 years; it’s going to keep for 30 years or more.
