The 2019 Bourgogne Rouge delivers inviting aromas of cassis, sweet berries, spices and orange rind, followed by a medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy palate that's lively and sapid. After the rich, gourmand 2018, the 2019 is a touch more nuanced and dynamic, but this is always a dependable cuvée.
