This half-hectare of young vines (planted in 2009) in the Champs de Charmes lieu-dit expands the offer of the domaine here to include white wine. The crisp, refreshing wine features alluring nectarine and green apple fruit with hints of acacia flowers. There is a surprising depth of flavour for such young vines, with fresh acidity, medium body, and a lingering finish. It is a refreshing change of pace for this estate and a perfect white for current drinking.--Charles Curtis MW, Decanter

Terroir: Blend of lieux-dits: Fixey, Le Village, Le Pré, La Sorgentière and La Vionne; with limestone and marl soils.
Viticulture: Sustainable
Vinification: Cold macerated. Ambient yeast fermentation in concrete vats. 1-2 pump-overs per day with a few punch-downs at the end of fermentation. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months in used barrels.
